This is the most amazing place in Jerusalem. You can have this incredible meal and pay for it after shabbat. I cannot believe it is the only place like it- in the world!!!! And everyone us so friendly. I have already been there 4 times
I was there last Saturday, having brunch with my two daughters. The place was quiet and we sat outside to enjoy the sun. Food was fantastic as always and we had a lovely time. We are addicted to their Baba ganush.
Comfy cozy delicious place. I've been coming here for years with my friends on Shabbat. The hamin and kugel are my favorites. Babaganoush and Jachnun are also great. Service is always great. Highly recommend!
A great place to go on Shabbat to get a nice lunch and pay after Shabbat. Fresh delicious food :)
We got here by bare chance! We were looking for a place to have some food on Saturday and ran into that amazing small Yemen restaurant. We were totally charmed by the place, the food and the service. It's suitable for those who keeps shabbes as you have to pay only when the shabbes is over. Highly recommended!
Outstanding hummus and the best pitot I've ever had; I didn't know they could taste that good. Skip the Yemeni pizza, forget what's it's called — 'tamnun'?
Cute place to eat out mix of yeminite and israeli culinary experience. Positive Aspects Observed: "Service wad fast even though the place was full" Overall Comments & Rationale: "Loved the yeminite music and jachnun" Chumus is like a hidden promise, waiting for the right conditions to spread.
Sitting is very pleasant, and - it’s open in Saturday! (Special payment arrangement). The food was ok+, but… The Hummus is from beans. It’s nice, but… I like real hummus better. The Jahnun was too soft for my taste. I like it more baked/burned. The Baba Janush (pic) seemed nice, but personally I don’t like so much eggplant or beet. So… while I would recommend this place, for me it’s 4.
